Authors publishing with Selcuk University Press retain the copyright to their work, licensing it under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license that gives permission to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format other than commercial purposes as well as remix, transform and build upon the material by providing appropriate credit to the original work.
Authors grant Selcuk University Press an exclusive right of first publication, display, and distribution while retaining all other rights. All Selcuk University Press publications are released under a Creative Commons CC-BY-NC license.
Journals published under the Selçuk University Press do not charge fees to authors for publishing and do not pay any copyright price to authors.

There are also books that are all rights reserved to Selçuk University Press and are commercially available for sale. The license status of each book is indicated in the catalog.
In the books published by Selçuk University Press, in accordance with the copyright agreement made with the authors, the authors transfer the rights of publication, republication, distribution, display, sale, etc. of the work to Selçuk University Scientific Publications Coordinatorship, Selçuk University Press for the specified period.
